目的为了降低在论证实施PACS过程中的风险系数 ,同时为了保证投标时的公平性以及能在今后建设较高档次的PACS。方法首先我们将我院论证PACS的工作方法和PACS实施步骤发布在网上 ;编写了详细的PACS产品评估技术参数报告,对预选的5家PACS产品进行测试。结果通过这次的PACS论证和PACS产品测试 ,我们对各竞投PACS公司的产品都有了较深的了解。另外该测试报告为我们医院选择PACS提供了较客观依据 ,使得我院在选择PACS时尽量做到公正、公平 ,并保证我院最大的利益。结论在对各公司PACS产品不熟悉的情况下 ,我们认为对产品做技术测试是相当有必要的。
Objective To reduce the risk coefficient in the process of demonstrating the implementation of PACS and at the same time, in order to ensure fairness in bidding and to build a higher-grade PACS in the future. Method Firstly, we published the PACS work method and PACS implementation steps in our hospital online. We also prepared a detailed PACS product evaluation technical parameter report to test five pre-selected PACS products. Results Through this PACS demonstration and the PACS product testing, we have a deep understanding of each PACS company’s products. In addition, the test report provides a more objective basis for the selection of PACS in our hospital, making our hospital as fair and fair as possible in selecting PACS and guaranteeing the best interests of our hospital. Conclusion In the unfamiliar PACS product of each company, we think it is quite necessary to do technical test on the product.
