采用铜模吸铸法制备了Fe64Nd7B25Nb4块体合金,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)研究了该合金的结构、晶化行为及磁性能。结果表明,该合金为非晶结构,在室温下表现为良好的软磁性,晶化处理后该合金表现为硬磁性。退火温度为963 K时,内禀矫顽力(i H c)和剩磁(B r)分别为560.2 kA/m和42.6 A·m2/kg。随着退火温度的升高,磁性能变差。
Fe64Nd7B25Nb4 bulk alloy was prepared by copper mold suction casting. The structure and crystallization behavior of the alloy were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) And magnetic properties. The results show that the alloy has an amorphous structure and exhibits good soft magnetic properties at room temperature. The alloy exhibits hard magnetism after the crystallization treatment. The intrinsic coercivity (i H c) and remanence (B r) were 560.2 kA / m and 42.6 A · m2 / kg, respectively, at an annealing temperature of 963 K. As the annealing temperature increases, the magnetic properties deteriorate.
