西部大开发是我国经济改革与发展的重大举措,而企业是一个国家和地区经济发展基础和主要推动力。如何提升西部企业的经济实力和经营能力,既是西部大开发成功的关键,也是我国经济持续发展的基本问题。本文以一个新的视角,探讨依靠虚拟合作推动西部企业发展的必要性和可行性,并提出了一些具体的建议措施。
The development of the western region is a major measure for the economic reform and development in our country. The enterprise is the basis and main driving force of economic development in a country and a region. How to improve the economic strength and management ability of the western enterprises is not only the key to the success of the large-scale development of the western region but also the basic issue of the sustained economic development in our country. This article uses a new perspective to explore the necessity and feasibility of relying on virtual cooperation to promote the development of western enterprises and put forward some concrete suggestions and measures.
