本文用沙棘茎枝水煎剂对Wistar大白鼠辐射损伤模型的研究表明:①沙棘水煎剂对辐射损伤大鼠的胸膜指数,外周血淋巴细胞百分率和绝对值、ANAE阳性细胞百分率、血清溶菌酶含量等均有明显提高作用,与辐射对照组比差异显著(P<0.01)。②沙棘实验组辐射动物红细胞——超氧化物岐化酶(RBC-SOD)活性及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力均有明显增强作用,与辐射对照组比亦有明显差异(P<0.011)以上结果揭示:沙棘茎枝水煎剂具有提高机体免疫系统功能、抗自由基作用,即具有扶正固本、抗辐射抗衰老等作用。
