铁粒幼细胞性贫血(Sideroblastic anemia,简称铁粒幼贫血)是由于血红素合成障碍和铁利用不良所引起的一种贫血。可分为遗传性、原发性和继发性三种。遗传性者曾被称为家族性铁负荷性贫血(Familial iron load anemia)、性联铁负荷性贫血(Sex-linked iron loading anemia)和家族性低色素性贫血(Familial hypochromic anemia)。原发性者又称为铁失利用性贫血
