尿酸是体内外源性或内源性嘌呤代谢的最后产物,它通过黄嘌呤氧化酶催化黄嘌呤氧化而成。尿酸经肾脏排出受许多因素的影响,如药物、饮食、镉、铍、铅以及某些遗传性代谢疾病(痛风、累施克氏综合征)等。实验证明三价砷可与巯基起反应,抑制一些疏基酶如黄嘌呤氧化酶。本实验观察大鼠长期接触三价砷和五价砷对血、尿中尿酸水平的影响。实验用雄性Wistar大鼠,体重150~160g。适应三周后,实验组分别插胃管给予亚砷酸钠(用纯度99.5%As_2O_3制备)和砷酸钠
Uric acid is the end product of exogenous or endogenous purine metabolism, which catalyzes the oxidation of xanthine by xanthine oxidase. Uric acid excreted by the kidneys are affected by many factors, such as drugs, diet, cadmium, beryllium, lead, and certain hereditary metabolic diseases (gout, Schlesman syndrome). Trivalent arsenic trioxide has been shown to react with sulfhydryl groups to inhibit some sparseases such as xanthine oxidase. This experiment observed the long-term exposure of rats to trivalent arsenic and pentavalent arsenic on blood and urine uric acid levels. Experimental male Wistar rats, weighing 150 ~ 160g.
