目的了解石家庄市商场健康危害因素卫生状况,针对监测结果提出改善商场卫生质量的建议。方法采用随机抽样的原则在石家庄市区抽取3家综合性商场和3家家具商场,对商场内的健康危害因素项目进行检测,包括室内微小气候、空气质量一般指标、污染性指标及集中空调通风系统卫生指标。结果商场内空气质量污染性指标甲醛含量偏高,家具商场最高达到0.35 mg/m~3;集中空调通风系统风管内表面积尘量合格率为50.00%,风管内表面细菌总数合格率为16.67%,风管内表面真菌总数合格率为33.33%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为60.00%,冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为80.00%。结论石家庄市2013年商场室内空气及集中空调卫生状况堪忧,存在卫生隐患,应加大日常卫生监管力度,积极预防空气传播性疾病的传播扩散。
Objective To understand the health status of health hazards in shopping malls in Shijiazhuang and put forward suggestions on how to improve the hygiene quality of shopping malls in response to the monitoring results. Methods Using random sampling principle, three comprehensive shopping malls and three furniture shopping malls were selected in the urban area of Shijiazhuang to test the items of health hazards in the shopping mall, including indoor micro-climate, general indicators of air quality, pollution indicators and centralized air conditioning and ventilation System health indicators. Results The formaldehyde content in the air pollution index in the shopping mall was high, and the furniture shopping mall reached 0.35 mg / m ~ 3. The qualified rate of dust accumulation on the inner surface of air duct of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system was 50.00% and the passing rate of bacteria on the inner surface of duct was 16.67% The total number of fungi on the inner surface of the duct was 33.33%, the qualified rate of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water was 60.00%, and the passing rate of Legionella pneumophila in the condensed water was 80.00%. Conclusion In 2013, the health status of indoor air and centralized air conditioners in Shijiazhuang City was worrying, posing a health hazard. Daily hygiene supervision should be stepped up to prevent the spread of airborne diseases.
