Ministry of Chemical Industry promulgated the “Chemical Preventive Measures for construction units certification management approach” to provide chemical anti-corrosion seal construction qualification system. “Measures” stipulates that where the chemical companies to undertake anti-corrosion project construction unit must obtain advance chemical construction qualification, any chemical company shall not be selected without "chemical anti-corrosion construction
