少部份乙肝疫苗接种对象反应低下。为探索接种乙肝疫苗后反应低下的规律、机理及对策进行了系列研究。认为乙肝疫苗反应低下的原因，主要是两方面，一是乙肝病毒感染，且长时间携带；二是接种对象免疫反应力低下，前者占绝大多数。设计和试用了2种免疫治疗方案，但都不理想。
A small portion of hepatitis B vaccination subjects responded poorly. A series of studies were carried out to explore the law, mechanism and countermeasure of low response after inoculation of hepatitis B vaccine. Hepatitis B vaccine that low response to the reasons, mainly in two aspects, one is hepatitis B virus infection, and long time to carry; the second is vaccinated objects immunocompromised, the former accounted for the vast majority. Two immunotherapy protocols were designed and tested, but neither was ideal.
