本文研究了吉林省西部地区石灰性草甸黑钙土上几种轮作方式中不同茬口的五种酶活性强度、土壤肥力状况与作物产量间的相互关系。试验结果表明,凡插入绿肥的轮作区比对照区(无绿肥区)土壤酶活性强,土壤养分状况良好,作物产量也高;酶活性与土壤肥力指标及其产量的关系,以过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、碱性磷酸酶最为密切,多酚氧化酶关系不大;从数值分析表明,种草木樨的轮作区,土壤肥力综合效应指标良好;土壤酶活性与土壤肥力综合效应指标呈显著的相关性。由此说明,草木樨具有培肥改土的作用。
In this paper, we studied the relationship between five enzyme activities, soil fertility and crop yield in different stubble rotations on calcareous chernozem in western Jilin Province. The results showed that the activities of soil enzymes and soil fertility were higher in the rotation area with green manure than that in the control area (no green manure area). The relationship between the enzyme activity and soil fertility index and its yield, and catalase , Urease, invertase and alkaline phosphatase were the most closely related, while polyphenol oxidase had no significant relationship. The numerical analysis showed that the comprehensive index of soil fertility was good in the rotation area and the soil fertility. The comprehensive index of soil enzyme activity and soil fertility was Significant correlation. This shows that grass mulberry has the role of soil improvement fertilizer.
