目的比较Vitepex糊剂根管充填与空管疗法治疗乳牙牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法 180例乳牙牙髓炎患儿随机分为根管充填组和空管疗法组,分别采用根管充填治疗和空管疗法治疗,并比较疗效。结果根管充填组的总有效率为92.09%,空管疗法组的总有效率为93.33%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根管填充和空管疗法治疗乳牙牙髓炎都能获得满意的疗效,Vitapex糊剂作为根管充填材料性能优越,应用范围广,操作便捷,是一种较理想的根充材料。空管药物疗法操作简便,更容易被患儿接受,更适合于对儿童乳牙牙髓炎的临床治疗,值得应用推广。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Vitepex paste root canal filling and empty tube therapy for deciduous pulpitis. Methods 180 cases of children with deciduous pulpitis were randomly divided into root canal filling group and empty tube therapy group, respectively, with root canal filling therapy and empty tube therapy, and compare the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of root canal filling group was 92.09%, and the total effective rate of empty tube group was 93.33%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Both root canal filling and empty tube therapy are effective in treating pulpitis of the deciduous teeth. Vitapex paste is an ideal material for root canal filling with excellent properties, wide application range and convenient operation. Empty tube drug therapy is simple, more easily accepted by children, more suitable for clinical treatment of children with primary pulpitis, it is worth to promote the application.
