在电子设备中大量采用集成电路,尤其是数字电路时,环境电噪声干扰必须加以考虑。其中静电放电已成为现代工程技术研究的一个重要课题。在美国、加拿大、欧洲等地,日本电子设备曾发生因静电干扰产生误动作、失效,甚至造成严重损害的事件。曾向日本要求索赔的计算机设备有一半原因是因静电干扰造成的。在日本还曾发生把市售电子引燃装置改装成放电发生器,使自动售贷机产生误动作或异常现象,借此盗窃贷物的事。
When a large number of integrated circuits, especially digital circuits, are used in electronic equipment, environmental electrical noise interference must be taken into account. Among them, electrostatic discharge has become an important subject of modern engineering and technology research. In the United States, Canada, Europe and other places, Japan’s electronic equipment has been caused by static electricity malfunction, failure, or even cause serious damage to the incident. Half of the computer equipment that had requested compensation from Japan was due to static electricity. In Japan, there was also a case of theft of a loan by converting a commercially available electronic ignition device into a discharge generator to cause malfunctions or abnormalities in the ATM machine.
