治疗挫伤性迟发性前房出血的经验

前房出血常于眼球挫伤后发生,新鲜少量出血一般可在数日内吸收,预后良好。迟发性前房出血或者出血量较多,或者反复发生,较难吸收,且易引起各种并发症,如虹膜炎、继发性青光眼、角膜血染、甚至眼球萎缩等,预后不良。近年来前房出血的药物治疗已有不少进展,但迅速有效而又安全的治疗方法仍在探索中。

Anterior chamber hemorrhage often occurs after eyeball contusion, fresh small amount of bleeding can generally be absorbed within a few days, the prognosis is good. Delayed hyphema or bleeding more, or recurrent, more difficult to absorb, and easily lead to various complications such as iritis, secondary glaucoma, corneal blood stained, and even atrophy of the eye, the prognosis is poor. In recent years, there has been a lot of progress in drug treatment of the anterior chamber hemorrhage, but the prompt, effective and safe treatment is still being explored.
