研究了不同施氮处理对优质小麦籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,增施氮肥能明显地提高小麦籽粒产量和品质。在淮北地区拔节期施用氮肥时提高小麦籽粒产量效果很好。籽粒蛋白质含量随追氮时期的后延而呈增加趋势,抽穗期追肥的籽粒蛋白质含量及其产量均较高。为实现高产优质统一,优质小麦施氮量在225~300kg/ha,氮肥的基追比例为基肥2/3、追肥1/3,追期宜掌握在拔节~抽穗期之间。
The effects of different N treatments on grain yield and quality of high quality wheat were studied. The results showed that increasing nitrogen fertilizer can obviously improve the grain yield and quality of wheat. In the Huaibei area jointing stage of nitrogen fertilizer to improve wheat grain yield is very good. The grain protein content increased with the extension of the upper nitrogen recovery stage, and the grain protein content and yield of the top dressing at heading stage were higher. In order to achieve the high-yield and high-quality unification, the nitrogen application rate of high-quality wheat was 225-300kg / ha. The basal-topdressing ratio of nitrogenous fertilizer was 2/3 of basal fertilizer, 1/3 of topdressing.
