文章在分析公共信息服务绩效评估工具意义基础上,研究了公共信息服务绩效评估特点和原则,提出公共信息服务绩效评估应关注公众信息需求、关注多元服务价值、关注整体绩效,从公共信息服务的类型、过程、结果三个方面论述了社会共治模式下公共信息服务绩效评估的具体维度。建立在上述原则、维度等基础上的绩效评估结果可以通过“回溯式设计”指导公共信息服务社会共治模式的再思考,从而使公共信息服务在主体协调、政策制定、产品创新、流程优化等方面得到持续改进。
