在21世纪这个知识经济时代,人所创造的价值早已超越了物质和自然创造的财富价值,国家和企业之间的竞争归根结底是人才之间的竞争和较量。为促进企业健康发展,就必须做好人力资源管理工作,但仍然有许多企业受到传统人事管理的影响,导致管理内容和管理方法滞后,难以激发企业员工工作的积极性和创造性,直接影响了企业的经济效益。人力资源管理核心在于充分发挥出员工的价值,为企业发展做出应有的贡献,为企业带来丰厚的经济收益。本文就人力资源管理实践和企业绩效关系进行了简单分析,从而实现最大化经济效益和管理效益。
In the era of knowledge-based economy in the 21st century, the value created by man has already surpassed the wealth value created by material and nature. The competition between the state and the enterprise is ultimately the competition and contest between talents. In order to promote the healthy development of enterprises, human resources management must be done well. However, many enterprises still suffer from the impact of traditional personnel management, resulting in lag in management contents and management methods and difficulty in arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. This has a direct impact on the Economic benefits. The core of human resource management is to give full play to the value of staff, to make due contributions to the development of enterprises, for the enterprise to bring huge economic benefits. In this paper, a simple analysis of the relationship between human resource management practices and business performance is carried out to maximize the economic and management benefits.
