目的:探索清胃加味内外并用治疗牙周炎的效果。方法:按照研究纳入标准选取87例患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照42例,对两组治疗方法进行比较。结果:中药成方内外并用取得了较好的疗效,优于甲硝唑对照组,且治疗组未发生一例过敏反应。结论:清胃散加味内外并用治疗牙周炎效果明显。
Objective: To explore the effect of combined treatment of periodontitis with traditional Chinese and foreign herbs. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 87 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 45) and control group (n = 42). The treatment methods were compared between the two groups. Result: The Chinese medicine has good curative effect both inside and outside the prescription, which is superior to the metronidazole control group, and no allergic reaction occurred in the treatment group. Conclusions: Qingwei San flavored with both internal and external treatment of periodontitis obvious effect.
