近日,笔者接触了一则关于信托公司发放贷款的案例,虽然最终由于客观原因,双方当事人未提出申请,但在准备办理的过程中,我们也进行了思考并小有收获,在此与大家分享,希望对今后的办证能有所裨益。
Recently, I contacted a case about the loans granted by the trust company. Although the two parties did not file an application due to objective reasons, we made some thoughtful and rewarding remarks in the process of preparation and share with you I hope it will be helpful for the future certification.
