“老师,他打我。”在幼儿园里,类似的告状声常常不绝于耳,幼儿之间大大小小的矛盾与纠纷(摩擦)接连不断,经常有孩子泪眼汪汪地跑到老师面前寻求帮助,可是经过了解,无非是幼儿之间玩耍时一些轻轻地碰撞和一些随意的比划而已,很多泪眼汪汪的孩子只不过是看到旁边的幼儿对自己用手比划或者被轻轻地碰了一下就委屈有加,真正意义上的殴打其实很少。特别是小班幼儿,这种情况就更多。那么,对于教师应如何处理幼儿之间的矛盾纠纷呢?而对于家长,又该如何看待和处理此类事情呢?
