诚实守信是我国传统的优良美德,在人与人之间的交往上发挥着重要的调节和促进作用。在市场经济条件下,诚信是企业应该遵守的基本准则。企业做到诚实守信,有利于促进市场营销中交易产品信息的顺利传递与接收,提高企业的经济效益,从而促进社会主义市场经济的发展。然而,目前有大量的企业在市场营销中存在严重的信用问题。本文就“达芬奇事件”对我国企业在市场营销中存在的诚信问题、诚信问题出现的原因以及企业市场开展诚信营销的必然性进行分析,并浅谈企业市场营销中的诚信建设以及事件发生后正确的公关应对方案。
