一、工程概况某船坞排灌水泵房位于船坞东侧、电站硅整流控制室的底层。长17米,宽11米。底面标高为-8.9米,拱顶标高为+2.2米,整个泵房处于海面以下。水泵房四周为石灰岩,层理发育,节理破碎。用打眼放炮开挖。结构为拱型直墙式。钢筋混凝土厚为50厘米。当泵房内通向船坞的排灌水廊道和船坞放进水后,发现水泵房四周墙体严重漏水,漏水量每小时达17立方米之多。后经五层防水抹面和环氧砂浆封闭,仍未能堵住漏水。
I. Project Overview A dock pumping station is located on the east side of the dock and the bottom of the silicon rectification control room of the power station. It is 17 meters long and 11 meters wide. The elevation of the bottom is -8.9 meters, and the elevation of the vault is +2.2 meters. The entire pump room is below the sea surface. The pump room is surrounded by limestone, where the formation is developed and the joints are broken. Excavate with open eyes. The structure is arched straight wall type. Reinforced concrete is 50 cm thick. When the pumping room was filled with water in the drainage and irrigation corridors and docks leading to the dock, it was found that the wall around the pump room was seriously leaking, and the leakage amounted to as much as 17 cubic meters per hour. After being sealed with five layers of waterproof trowel and epoxy mortar, it still failed to plug the leak.
