With the globalization of economy and the development of information technology, the informationization of financial management plays an important role in the optimization and improvement of the group company. This article comprehensively analyzes the necessity of the informatization of the financial management of the group company, elaborates the informatization content of the financial management and gives some suggestions on how to implement it.
