研究目的探讨治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法设计用复方丹参当归液治疗45例慢性前列腺炎患者,观察其临床治疗效果。研究单位一附院泌尿外科患者慢性前列腺炎患者45例,年龄16～50岁,平均年龄33岁,高峰年龄为25岁。处理方法100％复方丹参液4ml和5％当归液4ml混合,经会阴部或经肛门直肠壁穿刺前列腺,双侧各注入4ml,每周二次,六次为一疗程。结果本组平均用药两个疗程,最长为三个疗程。治愈40例(88.9％),好转4例(8.89％),无效1例(2.2％),总有效率为97.8％,不育8例中有6例已生育。结论前列腺局部注射复方丹参当归液是治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效方法。
Objective To explore effective methods for the treatment of chronic prostatitis 45 cases of chronic prostatitis patients treated with Compound Danshen Angelica Angelica Angelica Angelica Angelica Angelicae Sinensis Angelica Angelicae Sinensis to observe the clinical therapeutic effect. 45 cases of chronic prostatitis patients in urology department of the study unit, aged 16 to 50 years, with an average age of 33 years and a peak age of 25 years. Treatment 100ml compound Salvia miltiorrhiza 4ml and 5% Angelica 4ml mixed by the perineal or anorectal wall puncture the prostate, bilateral injection of 4ml twice a week, six times for a course of treatment. Results The average medication in this group two courses, the longest three courses. 40 cases (88.9%) were cured, 4 cases (8.89%) were improved, 1 case (2.2%) was ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.8%. Six of the 8 infertile cases were fertile. Conclusion Prostate injection of compound Danshen Angelica Angelica Angelicae sinensis is an effective treatment for chronic prostatitis.
