引言近几年,特别是认识到饮水中的砷是一种对身体非常有害的物质以后,人们对水体中砷及其形态的分析产生了极大的兴趣。例如,皮肤色素的变化、角质物,癌和神经作用都与饮水中砷的污染有关。现在已查明,砷的潜在毒性与其氧化态有关,因此需要建立鉴别砷的不同氧化态的分析方法。在天然水中,包括饮用水中,砷的主要氧化态形式是As(Ⅲ)和As(Ⅴ)。
Introduction In recent years, with particular recognition that arsenic in drinking water is a substance that is very harmful to the body, great interest has been generated in the analysis of arsenic and its forms in water. For example, skin pigmentation changes, keratin, cancer and neurological effects are related to the contamination of arsenic in drinking water. It has now been ascertained that the potential toxicity of arsenic is related to its oxidation state and therefore the need to establish analytical methods to identify different oxidation states of arsenic. In natural waters, including drinking water, the major forms of arsenic are As (III) and As (V).
