侧耳属(Pleurotus)有40～42个种(R.Singer1978),我国有25个种(戴芳澜,1979).侧耳的个体发育全过程是:担孢子→初生菌丝体→次生菌丝体→子实体→担孢子.某些品种在其生活史中存在着粉孢子阶段(Eugenio和Anaerson,1968).侧耳属系双因子四极性异宗配合型真菌.在凤尾菇P.sajor-caju和佛罗里达平菇P.florida中,个别菌株的初级菌丝有锁状联合(clamp connection),能正常出菇.由此推测,可能有双核担孢子存在.部分担
There are 40 to 42 species of Pleurotus (R.Singer1978) and 25 species in China (Dai Fanglan, 1979). The whole development process of Pleurotus is: basidiospores → primary mycelium → secondary mycelium → Fruiting bodies → basidiospores. Some cultivars have a powder spore stage in their life history (Eugenio and Anaerson, 1968). Pleurotus is a two-factor, tetrapolar heteroconjugate fungus. In the P. sajor-caju And Florida flounder P.florida, the primary hyphae of individual strains had a clamp connection that would normally colonize, suggesting that there may be dual nuclei spores present.
