介绍了以氢离子敏场效应管为基体电极,以碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶抗体为例,在方法学上实现了电化学测量的一种酶免疫传感器.本生物传感器的响应时间达18s,标准曲线线性范围为7.8×10(-2)μg/ml~0.63μg/ml。另外,还讨论了适宜测量条件、抗体膜的寿命、抗原抗体复合物的寿命、抗原抗体复合物的分离及用不同抗体膜测量的重复性等。
