采用小剂量和多疗程的α-人白细胞干扰素和 Poly I:C 分组治疗37例慢性肝炎三个疗程后的结果表明:α-人白细胞干扰素组在 HBsAg 阴转、滴度下降和 SGPT 恢复正常等方面均较 Poly I:C 组为优(P<0.05),两组毒性反应轻微。
The results of three courses of treatment of 37 patients with chronic hepatitis treated with low-dose and multi-course α-human leukocyte interferon and Poly I: C groups showed that the α-human leukocyte interferon group was negative in HBsAg, titer decreased and SGPT recovered Normal and so on than Poly I: C group was excellent (P <0.05), mild toxicity in both groups.
