九届全国人大常委会第28次会议审议通过的《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》,将于2003年1月1日起正式实施。贯彻落实这部法律对我国中小企业发展有着重要意义。浙江省有中小企业108万家,占全省工业企业总数的99％,其工业总产值、上缴税金和出口总额分别占全省工业经济的88％、55％和60％以上,从业人员达923万人。借《促进法》实施的东风,浙江省政府不久前召开了有省领导、有关部门和企业界人士参加的座谈会。
The Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises reviewed and approved at the 28th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee will be officially implemented on January 1, 2003. Implementing this law is of great significance to the development of our country's small and medium-sized enterprises. There are 1.08 million SMEs in Zhejiang Province, accounting for 99% of the total number of industrial enterprises in the province. Their gross industrial output value, taxes paid and total exports account for 88%, 55% and 60% respectively of the industrial economy in the province, employing 923 Million people. By means of the “Dong Feng” which was implemented by the “Promotion Law,” Zhejiang Provincial Government recently held a forum where provincial leaders, relevant departments and business people participated.
