[Objective] To develop a new method for serodiagnosis of swine toxoplasmosis.[Method] With the purified recombinant microneme protein 3 (rMIC3) as coating antigens,an indirect ELISA was developed for detection of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii.[Resu
