随着高校毕业人数的逐年增加,高校学生的就业形势日趋严峻,如何提升高职院校学生的竞争力,增加就业机会,拓宽就业面,这些问题亟待解决。培养综合型人才是适应知识经济时代发展的需要,将培养综合型人才着手于提升学生艺术素养有利于拓宽学生的知识面,提高学生的综合素质,丰富学生的专业技能,挖掘学生专业系统外的爱好特长,是切实推进综合型人才培养的有效路径,是让高职院校学生更好地适应社会发展的有效方法。
