自转基因技术诞生之日起就伴随着激烈的争议,针对转基因技术和产品的安全问题,各方相持不下。而这种争论的重要原因之一是美欧这两个发达国家及地区对待转基因农作物的态度相当不同。文章从地理、气候等先天因素和经济、政治、文化、技术等其他因素入手,具体分析了这两者态度差异的原因,并对比美欧农业生产的现状,最后讨论了美欧差异对中国的启示。
Since the date of the birth of transgenic technology, there has been a fierce controversy over the safety of genetically modified technologies and products. One of the important reasons for this controversy is that the two developed countries and regions in the United States and Europe have quite different attitudes towards GM crops. This article starts from the inherent factors such as geography and climate and other factors such as economy, politics, culture, technology and so on, and analyzes the reason of the differences between the two. It also compares the current situation of agricultural production between the United States and Europe, and finally discusses the differences between the United States and Europe on China Inspiration.
