目的:探讨案例教学法在三年制大专病理教学中的应用效果。方法:将我校2016届及2017届开设病理学课程的125名三年制大专学生作为研究对象,按照病理学教学中是否实施案例教学法将125名学生分为两组,其中2016届学生教学中未实施案例教学法,2017届学生教学中实施了案例教学法,比较两届学生考核成绩、对教学模式的评价及教师评价。结果:2017届学生考核成绩和对教学模式的赞成率相比2016届学生都更高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教师对2017届学生各项能力的评分都高于2016届学生,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法能有效提高学生的病理学成绩,提高学生的临床思维能力和病例分析能力。
Objective: To explore the application effect of case teaching method in three-year college pathology teaching. Methods: A total of 125 three-year college students who enrolled in pathology courses in 2016 and 2017 of our university were enrolled in this study. 125 students were divided into two groups according to whether the case teaching method was used in pathology teaching. Among them, In the case teaching method is not implemented, the implementation of the teaching method of case teaching in the 2017 student teaching, comparison of two student assessment results, evaluation of teaching mode and teacher evaluation. Results: Compared with the students in the 2016 session, the grades of students in 2017 and those in teaching mode were higher than those in the students in the year of 2016, with significant difference (P <0.05). Teachers rated the students’ abilities in 2017 higher than those of students in 2016, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The case teaching method can effectively improve students ’pathology scores, improve students’ ability of clinical thinking and case analysis.
