煤田地质单位为了提高自身的收益,常常利用自身的机器和技术进行多种经营。而且随着经济的发展,国家开始意识到多种经营对促进煤田地质单位的作用,因此将逐渐将多种经营提到发展市场经济得到地位。但是目前煤田地质单位在开展多种经营的时候,还存在经营结构调整不合理、员工无法意识到产业转型的重要性、员工素质不满足经营要求、经营管理方式落后等问题,严重影响了煤田地质发展多种经营的进度。为了解决这些问题,本文分析煤田地质发展多种经营现状,并且提出针对性的解决措施,促进煤田地质发展多种经营得以顺利进行。
