随着改革开放的不断发展,全球化经济的不断深入交流,英语作为一门近期较为流行的国际通用语言,收到了我国众多大学生们的青睐。而面对不断发展中的市场经济需求,对于英语人才也有了更加苛刻的条件要求,我国的教育改革也需要不断深入才能适应市场对于人才更改深层次的需求。高校的学习和教育是为社会培养和输送人才的主力军,基于就业导向的教学培养,不仅仅是对于高校英语教学模式改革的迫切要求,也是高校整体的英语专业教育水平提高的必然选择。但是目前我国的高校英语教学现状堪忧,影响了学生们英语学习质量和以后的就业问题。本文通过研究阐述了缺失就业导向的英语教学的现存问题,针对高校英语教学改革提出了优化策略,以期能够提升我国高校目前的英语教学质量。
With the continuous development of reform and opening up, the deepening exchange of global economy, English as a popular international language in recent years, has received many college students of all ages. Faced with the ever-evolving needs of a market economy, there are even more stringent requirements for English-speaking professionals. Our education reform also needs continuous deepening to meet the market’s deep-seated needs for changes in personnel. The study and education of colleges and universities are the main force for the cultivation and delivery of talents for the society. Based on employment-oriented teaching and training, it is not only the urgent requirement for the reform of college English teaching mode, but also the inevitable choice for the higher education of English majors in colleges and universities. However, the present situation of college English teaching in our country is worrying, affecting the students’ English learning quality and employment problems in the future. This paper elaborates the existing problems in the absence of employment-oriented English teaching and puts forward the optimization strategies for the reform of college English teaching in order to improve the current English teaching quality in colleges and universities in our country.
