目的:探讨围生期孕妇血清IL-6、TNF-α及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化规律。方法:选取本院100例产妇为研究对象,将其分别于分娩发动前、妊娠发动时及分娩后1、3 d的血清IL-6、TNF-α及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行统计及比较。结果:经研究发现,妊娠发动时血清IL-6、TNF-α高于分娩前及分娩后1、3 d,CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4/CD8水平均呈现先降后升的趋势,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:围生期孕妇血清IL-6、TNF-α及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平呈现一定的变化规律,值得进一步研究探讨。
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum IL-6, TNF-α and T lymphocyte subsets in pregnant women during perinatal period. Methods: 100 maternal women in our hospital were selected as study subjects, and their serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were measured before labor onset, during gestation and 1 and 3 days after delivery And compare. Results: The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in serum during pregnancy initiation were higher than those before delivery and one and three days after delivery, and the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 / CD8 showed the trend of first decreasing and then increasing. , P <0.05, there were significant differences. CONCLUSION: The levels of IL-6, TNF-α and T-lymphocyte subsets in perinatal pregnant women show some changes, which deserves further study.
