建立了螺旋线三维多频非线性互作用模型.通过场论的方法建立线路场方程,结合粒子模拟(PIC)方法和谐波展开法,建立三维空间电荷场模型.模拟了8—18 GHz宽带行波管的基波和高次谐波,计算了AM-AM幅度失真和AM-PM相位失真,三次交调和五次交调分量.通过频率扫描得到的8—18 GHz饱和输出功率和饱和增益,结果与热测结果接近,且饱和输出功率误差在1 dB以内.
A three-dimensional multi-frequency nonlinear interaction model of helix is established.The field equation is established by field theory and the three-dimensional space charge field model is established by combining the particle simulation (PIC) method and the harmonic expansion method. The AM-PM amplitude distortion, AM-PM phase distortion, the third-order intercept and the fifth-order intermodulation products were calculated for the fundamental wave and the higher harmonics of the traveling wave tube.The 8-18 GHz saturated output power and saturation gain , The result is close to the thermal measurement result, and the error of the saturated output power is within 1 dB.
