随着科学技术的不断进步,计算机网络信息技术得了到前所未有的发展,社会也朝着网络信息化发展。当计算机网络信息技术在各个领域的普及和应用,高校图书馆在对图书文献的管理方面也在发生着变化,不仅加强了对纸质图书的管理,还开始开发电子资源对图书馆的图书进行信息化管理。对电子资源的管理成为了我国高校图书馆管理体系当中的组成部分。本文就开发利用高校图书馆电子资源进行分析和研究,以便为高校图书馆在此方面进行研究做出一定的贡献。
