目的了解和掌握围场县姜家店乡二道沟村布鲁氏菌病流行情况,分析其流行特征,为制定相应的防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对姜家店乡二道沟村布病的疫情资料进行分析。结果琥红平板凝集实验28人,阳性8人;试管凝集实验28人,阳性8人。按照国家《布鲁氏病诊断标准GB 15988-1995》的规定,共确诊布病病人7例,血清阳性率28.57%,调查患病率4.52%。结论加强布病宣传,使广大村民认识布病的危害性,掌握其预防常识,提高自我保护意识。
Objective To understand and grasp the prevalence of brucellosis in Erdaogou Village, Jiangjiadian Township, Weichang County, and to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis and to provide a scientific basis for formulating corresponding control strategies and measures. Methods The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Erdaogou Village, Jiangjiadian was analyzed. Results Amber red plate agglutination test 28 people, positive 8; test tube agglutination test 28, positive 8. According to the national diagnostic criteria for brucellosis GB 15988-1995, 7 cases of brucellosis were diagnosed, the seroprevalence rate was 28.57% and the prevalence was 4.52%. Conclusion Strenghtening the publicity on brucellosis will enable the majority of villagers to know the dangers of brucellosis, master their prevention knowledge and raise their awareness of self-protection.
