本文研究了18 Gr_2Ni_4WA钢高温变形后停留时间内的组织变化。当变形温度高于1050℃时,锻后已完全再结晶。停留时间内是一晶粒长大过程。950℃变形后,在停留时间内发生静态再结晶。其位错密度随停留时间的延长而下降。完成再结晶后仍保留了比未变形试样高的位错密度。经二次淬火后,位错密度高于相应的形变淬火试样。
In this paper, the microstructure of 18 Gr_2Ni_4WA steel during the residence time after high temperature deformation was studied. When the deformation temperature is higher than 1050 ℃, after forging has been completely recrystallized. Dwell time is a grain growth process. After deformation at 950 ° C, static recrystallization occurs during the residence time. The dislocation density decreases with the extension of residence time. The dislocation density remained higher than the undeformed specimen after recrystallization. After secondary quenching, the dislocation density is higher than that of the corresponding quenched specimens.
