一天下午课间活动时,我正跟一位教师谈话,忽听不远处传来一阵嘻嘻哈哈声,原来是我班的几个调皮鬼正跟在一位患腮腺炎的女生后面,有的捧腹大笑,有的指手划脚,有的拖腔怪调地喊着:“红李子”、“水蜜桃子”…… 看着羞怯流泪跑向一边的女生,我的怒气直往上涌,作为班主任,我真想揪住这几个男生,狠狠地教训他们一顿。但理智和以往的经验提醒我:仅仅是教训或批评是不能从根本上解决问题的,必须引导学生自己认识问题,自己改正错误,这样才能达到教育学生的目的。
