该文通过采集不同壁厚,管径分别为¢12 mm、¢16 mm的内镶式滴灌带,同时施加不同力值。试验表明,滴管带管径越小、壁厚越薄、力值越大,合格率越低;管径越大、壁厚越厚、力值越小,合格率相对越高。应该将试验拉力改为90 N较合理。并针对试验中的问题,分析了存在问题的原因。分别是由于生产工艺导致无法满足标准要求、规格不同,技术要求却一视同仁、标准要求130N拉力不适应。
In this paper, by collecting different wall thickness, diameter ¢ 12 mm, ¢ 16 mm inlaid drip tape, while applying different force values. The results showed that the smaller the tube diameter, the thinner the wall thickness, the larger the force value, the lower the pass rate. The larger the tube diameter, the thicker the wall thickness, the smaller the force value and the higher the pass rate. It should be reasonable to change the test tension to 90 N. In the light of the problems in the experiment, the causes of the problems are analyzed. Respectively due to the production process can not meet the standard requirements, different specifications, technical requirements are treated equally, the standard 130N Rally do not meet.
