正弦规是一种测量角度简单而又精密的量具,在平台测量中应用很广。使用正弦规测量精密圆锥体角度时,通常是应用正弦规的侧面挡板定位安装。由于正弦规工作面、侧面挡板形状及精度所限,迫使被测量圆锥体定位安装于本身的圆锥面上(即圆锥体的工作面上)。这样定位安装难免不造成安装位置误差(见图1)。因此在测量过程中必需通过误差计算,加以修正。而且每测量一次不同锥度、尺寸的圆锥体都需要加以计算、修正因正弦规
Sinusoidal gauge is a simple and precise measurement of measuring tools, the platform used in a wide range of measurements. When using a sine gauge to measure the angle of a precision cone, it is common to position the side bezel using a sine gauge. Due to the sinusoidal working face, the shape and precision of the side baffle are limited, the cone to be measured is forced to be positioned on its own conical surface (ie, the working surface of the cone).
