辅导员是高职院校开展学生管理工作、培养高素质人才的重要主体,对于我国高等教育事业的发展具有十分深远的意义。为提升辅导员的工作质量,高校有必要实施相应的激励机制。本文简要分析了目前高职院校辅导员激励机制的实施现状,指出其中存在的主要问题并提出了相应的解决对策,以期能够有效促进我国高职院校辅导员队伍建设工作的发展。
Counselors are important subjects for higher vocational colleges to carry out student management work and cultivate high-quality talents, which is of far-reaching significance to the development of higher education in our country. In order to improve the quality of counselors’ work, it is necessary for colleges and universities to implement the corresponding incentive mechanism. This article briefly analyzes the status quo of the implementation of incentive mechanism for counselors in higher vocational colleges at present, points out the main problems and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to effectively promote the development of counselors in our higher vocational colleges.
