作为专业技术人员学术水平和业务工作能力的认定的职称为多数公司尤其是国企所接受,由于受到重视,在职务晋升、薪水上涨时,有职称、取到更高级职称资格的员工更具竞争力,就需要参加职称考试、通过职称评审。然而在职称评审过程中的弊端导致职称评审有失公允,本文结合当前职称考试、职称评审过程中的弊端,提出解决的意见和方法。
