人力资源作为经济资源的核心资源,是一切资源中最为宝贵的资源。在激烈的市场竞争中,企业必须认识到人才是企业中惟一不断增值的资源,顺应新时代人力资源管理的发展趋势,采取有效的措施,加强人力资源管理,实现人力资源的可持续发展,企业才能更有向心力和凝聚力,才能在竞争激烈的市场经济中立于不败之地。本文从电力企业人力资源角度出发,分析了电力企业人力资源发展趋势,并给出了如何适应电力企业人力资源发展新趋势的方式方法。
As the core resource of economic resources, human resources are the most precious resource in all resources. In the fierce market competition, enterprises must recognize that talent is the only value-added resource in an enterprise. In line with the development trend of human resource management in the new era, effective measures should be taken to strengthen human resources management and realize the sustainable development of human resources.
