高职体育作为高职课程体系不可或缺的组成部分,为学生传授科学的锻炼方法,能为学生提供强身健体的机会,对学生的具备健康的体魄和较好的心理素质具有十分重要作用。因此,体育与学生就业之间存在着紧密的联系,学生通过体育锻炼,能够增强就业的砝码,为实现顺利就业起到促进作用。
As an indispensable part of the higher vocational education system, the higher vocational education, as a part of imparting a scientific training method to students, provides students with opportunities for physical fitness and plays an important role in the students’ healthy body and good psychological quality . Therefore, there is a close relationship between sports and student employment. Students can enhance the employment weight through physical exercise and play a catalytic role in achieving smooth employment.
