作者采用常规的组织分离,单孢分离、孢子培养及接种方法,以毒力频率评价菌株间的互作类型,研究了4个单孢菌株及其组合在12个水稻品种上的相互作用。结果表明:不同组合、不同接种顺序、不同间隔时间接种,菌株间均有互作效应,但没有明确规律性。互作类型还可随环境变化而改变。菌株在显症速度上也存在互作,显症速度与最终病情成正相关。单孢菌株的毒力频率越高,显症越快,显症率越高。本文最后对人工接种有关问题进行了讨论。
The authors used routine tissue isolation, single spore isolation, spore culture and inoculation methods to evaluate the interaction between strains based on their virulence frequency. The interactions of four Monospora strains and their combinations on 12 rice cultivars were studied. The results showed that there were interaction effects among different combinations, different inoculation orders and different time intervals, but there was no definite regularity. The type of interaction can also change as the environment changes. Strains in the speed of the disease there is interaction, the speed of disease and the final condition is positively correlated. The higher the virulence frequency of monospore strains, the faster the manifest disease, the higher the rate of obvious disease. At the end of this paper, we discuss the questions about artificial inoculation.
