前文报道了铜(Ⅱ)-1,10-二氮菲(phen)-铬天青S(CAS)三元配合物形成反应及其产物的组成、结构及微电脑模拟分析数据的研究。研究结果,确定该三元配合物组成为CU_2CASPhen_2~+。此三元配合物的水溶液蓝色深浅与CAS一定浓度范围有线性关系,可用于测定CAS纯度。市售CAS,一般含量仅50%左右。在无机分析中,常需知其纯度。本文提供的测定CAS纯度方法简便可靠。 1.仪器与试剂: 721型分光光度计;722型光栅数字分光光度计,CuSO_4·5H_2O,A,R,Cu(Ⅱ)=1.00×
The previous report reported the formation reaction of copper (II) -1,10-phenanthroline (CAS) ternary complex and the composition, structure and microanalysis data of the product. The results confirmed that the ternary complex was composed of CU_2CASPhen_2 ~ +. The blue color of aqueous solution of this ternary complex has a linear relationship with certain concentration range of CAS and can be used for the determination of CAS purity. Commercial CAS, the general content of only about 50%. In inorganic analysis, often need to know its purity.
