Serum levels of trace aluminum (Al), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iron (Fe) , Calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) determination, the determination of the method, the results reported below, and briefly discuss the relationship between cerebrovascular disease and trace elements. Materials and Methods First, the object 52 cases of 49 males and 3 females, aged 55 to 78 years, the average age of 60 ± 4.25 years. Including cerebral infarction in 35 cases, TLA in 9 cases, 8 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, were confirmed by CT diagnosis with 31 cases of hypertension, hyperlipidemia in 33 cases, 15 cases of coronary heart disease. The shortest duration of 1 week, up to 1 year. 35 cases of cerebral infarction with dementia in 12 cases, using Hachinski ischemia score were above 7 points, improved
