水平井多级压裂是致密气藏开采的重要手段,而水平井多级压裂的参数组合对致密气藏开发至关重要。传统的数值模拟研究方法将裂缝参数等影响因素独立考虑,忽略了它们之间的相互影响和相互制约作用,不能得到多因素共同作用对采收率的影响关系式。为此,文中首先选取了对致密气藏水平井多级压裂有显著影响的参数,根据参数的不同取值范围,采用Box-Behnken设计不同的试验方案,按照试验方案得到综合各因素影响的响应曲面,建立了致密气藏水平井多级压裂的快速评价模型;最后验证了评价模型的可靠性,并运用评价模型分析了各因素的影响程度以及交互影响情况。
Multi-stage horizontal well fracturing is an important method for the production of tight gas reservoirs, and the combination of parameters of horizontal well multi-stage fracturing is very important for the development of tight gas reservoirs. The traditional numerical simulation method considers the influencing factors such as fracture parameters independently, ignores the interaction and mutual restraint between them, and can not get the relationship between the effect of multiple factors on oil recovery. Therefore, the paper first selected the parameters that have a significant effect on the multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells in the tight gas reservoirs. Based on the different ranges of the parameters, Box-Behnken was used to design different experimental schemes, which were affected by various factors according to the experimental scheme Response surface, a rapid evaluation model for multi-stage fracturing of horizontal wells in tight gas reservoirs was established. Finally, the reliability of the evaluation model was verified, and the influence degree of each factor as well as the interactive influence were analyzed by using the evaluation model.
